Great EMR system. Takes a little while to learn but allows for all data to be recorded. Allows for easy communication with patients via the portal. Traps all medication refill requests from patient or pharmacy. Can write letters, prescribe meds and complete other necessary tasks efficiently via this EMR. Geode is organized. There are office Hours with Ravi every monday to address any issues employees might have. There is a lot of support given to providers at all times whether learning a new EMR feature or keeping current on new guidelines. There is a lot of freedom to practice as you want to. An example is having the freedom to take on students.

Weekly meetings are a supportive place to express concerns and in general upper management is very responsive, changes are happening on a frequent basis, but many are based on provider requests and concerns and for the most part are good changes that support good patient care. The CMO and COO and all levels of management are readily available and very approachable.
