Constant transformation. You never know when is your last day at the office. Common sense has been lost in this company. Upper Management is really rude towards employees. If something goes wrong everybody is afraid to tell them because you never know are you fired after that. Stressful workplace of the constant change and it kills the motivation from everyone. Even the middle management is tired of this circus. Snakes will advance in this company and they disappear after 3-4 years. People who are loyal will not be rewarded.

This review is about the current leadership within the department: - Sylos-thinking - very poor communication within Corporate Controlling team - very poor people management - manual processes kept alive since several years with no listening for new ideas with a lot of redundant, inefficient activities - basically no onboarding process - undocumented activities, lack of process documentation, preventing knowledge sharing and back-ups in case of problems - extreme old-style micromanagemen with control of lenght of coffee breaks and entry time imposed by manager w/o respecting HR regulation.
