      Pros

      Be a student, be a teaching assistant. The pay check is good. Enough for me to live a simple life. The job is interesting. Most of the time, being a TA is to grade the homework. Also, you may want to take the class with the student together so you get a basic idea of what's actually going on.

      Cons

      The library will get very full before the exam... I mean, very full...But I think GW is working on the library right now.. About payment, it will be nice to raise it a little bit.

      Pros

      Good health benefits, in a major metropolis so you have access to multiple networks, as an employee you are able to take college courses.

      Cons

      The major issue was level of enthusiasm for the job itself. Working with college kids at one of the nation's most expensive universities - while being underpaid - is not for everyone. The employee culture is quite rigid, and it is somewhat competitive. Competition is expected from within but when it extends to a disgruntled little brother relationship with Georgetown that's when problems start to arise...
