Having to pay to park where you work and its not reimbursed. Work Life balance doesn't exist. Parts of the year you get to work when its dark and leave when the sun is setting.

When there is any gap in between contracts GTRI is terrible at manage resources and you end up using vacation days to cover the gap, or worse, getting let go.
