Pros

Collegial work environment. Highly decentralized and flat management structure. Open door policy for access to managers. Strong portfolio of clients. Opportunities to become a shareholder.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter, you will find the corporate culture challenging. Just being smart will get you only so far. To be successful, you need to be working on building people and management skills.

- Employees receive bonuses and luncheons whenever the company is doing well - Co-workers are friendly and all seem to get along - Della is awesome - Travel - Compensation is fair - Supportive Management team

Cons

- Little room for advancement for non-engineer employees - Travel - No performance reviews throughout the year, so you don't recieve much feedback - Training is limited

- Co-workers are friendly. - A wide range of ages and experience levels makes for a somewhat diverse work environment.

Cons

- Atrocious management: > **incredibly non-communicative > difficult to obtain advice and guidance > management is more focused on billable hours than managing > unwilling to advise subordinates > ** incredibly poor preparation for projects - Hostile work environment - Disrespectful of personal life, expectation that personal life comes second to work. - One of the lowest salaries for the industry, bonuses do not make up for the difference - Little vacation time.
