5yWe’re sorry that you feel that way. Geritom does it’s best to hire qualified candidates. Our experience with this individual is they were disruptive in team meetings and believed that the company attendance policies did not apply to them. As a result, this individual was terminated.
After speaking with Joy Harrington, Glassdoor content and Community team member, she stated that “the reviews posted on this page are highly subjective opinions” and certainly does not “act as the finder of fact with respect to content.”
Unfortunately every company will have someone who’s disgruntled about something, whether it’s true or not. Even so, we wish them well in their future endeavors.
