      Pros

      I have worked here a long time. I have never seen a company more driven to help patients. The number one priority at Geritom has always been patient care. Most of the employees know this and get along great, after all we are one big team that strives to work together for the common good. Management recognizes and rewards positive attitudes, hard work, and dedication.

      Cons

      In my many years at the job the worst part was a lot of bad attitudes from some employees creating a negative environment. Fortunately the issues are generally corrected or the problematic employees leave.

      Pros

      Good opportunities for advancement, culture rewards those who put in time and work hard to advance. Attitude is very highly cultivated and those with poor attitudes do not last long. Company parties, events, benefits are more than previous companies that I've worked for. All employees genuinely care about helping our patients and others.

      Occasional free food. That's all I can come up with.

      Cons

      No one in management knows what they are doing. And don't bother bringing up a concern because they will never "look into it" as they will promise. They are too concerned with money to care one bit about their employees. They just want you to think they care so they will say all the right things but do nothing.
