We’re sorry that you feel that way. Geritom does it’s best to hire qualified candidates. Our experience with this individual is they lied about their qualifications and as such, they are no longer employed with the company. After speaking with Joy Harrington, Glassdoor content and Community team member, she stated that “the reviews posted on this page are highly subjective opinions” and certainly does not “act as the finder of fact with respect to content.” Unfortunately every company will have someone who’s disgruntled about something, whether it’s true or not. Even so, we wish them well in their future endeavors.

Pros

Kind people work here and it was a pretty nice facility, in a sense.

Cons

When hired, I was told that I'd need to provide "proof" of completing my Pharmacy Technician National Certification through some sort of class, although I've been certified for 10 years. However, I was being trained by a guy who is maybe 19-25ish years of age, who has no certification, and has no interest/ intent of getting one. I was very turned off by the who situation. It felt extremely shady and like a waste of my talent. Also, I noticed that a lot of desk areas in the processor/phone team portion of the office are EXTREMELY messy. When I say messy, I mean MESSY AND GROSS as in: moldy lunch dishes, papers everywhere with no type of order, and no organization. I don't know if they have mice/rats, but I'm 99% leaning towards the idea that those buggers probably come out at night...
