Hello! Thank you for your review of Getty Images! I'm glad to see you feel there are so many pros to working for our organization! We certainly want to set all employees up for success and believe part of that begins with providing a flexible, hybrid working environment so that employees can work in ways that make them most successful. We are always looking at team structure, evaluating ways in which we can improve to move the business forward while also providing the best resources for all employees. We know there are facets of the business that are complex, so we do our best to create top-notch training materials through Work Ramp, department SharePoint sites, and Zoom calls.
