Hello! Thank you for your review! I'm glad you found your work to be interesting and that you had a positive experience with your co-workers! In terms of low pay in high cost of living (HCOL) areas, compensation is top of mind. Our Compensation team works diligently to monitor inflation rates, and as a company, we are committed to adjusting pay when certain parameters are hit. Our Compensation team also regularly reviews market data to ensure all employees are being paid fairly for the cost of labor in their market. However, if an employee has specific concerns, we encourage them to reach out to their Human Resources Business Partner to discuss. We have resources available to help employees feel confident in their pay. If you have any other concerns or feedback, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com

Thank you so much for your review! I'm so glad you've had a good experience with your colleagues and work-life balance. We are proud of our Flexible Work Principles, which give employees a high level of flexibility so they can work how and where is best for them. Our Compensation team regularly reviews market data to ensure that all of our employees are being paid fairly for the cost of labor in their market. If you are concerned about your pay, I highly encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner and/or manager. There are resources and analysis available that can be done to help you feel confident in your pay. As for career advancement, we have recently built career ladders for every role, team, and function in the company. This allows transparency on what the next step is and how to get there. Your manager can walk you through areas of opportunity to focus on during regular 1:1s or during your quarterly check-ins. However, if you have any feedback for how we can improve in this area, please reach out to me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Hi, there - thank you for your review! I'm glad you had a positive experience while working with us! You mentioned family, benefits, and pay as some positives to your experience. We certainly work to make sure all employees have what they need to enjoy a positive work/life balance. This starts with our Flexible Work Principles and continues into our constant benchmarking of benefit and compensation offerings to ensure we always remain competitive in the market. I'm unfamiliar with your experience with downsizing. Getty works hard to ensure there are no large layoffs or downsizing. This was especially important during the pandemic and we have maintained this ideology. If you have anything further you'd like to discuss regarding this topic, or any other topic, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
