Our Compensation team regularly reviews market data to ensure that all of our employees are being paid fairly for the cost of labor in their market. If you are concerned about your pay, I highly encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner and/or manager. There are resources and analysis available that can be done to help you feel confident in your pay. As for career advancement, we have recently built career ladders for every role, team, and function in the company. This allows transparency on what the next step is and how to get there. Your manager can walk you through areas of opportunity to focus on during regular 1:1s or during your quarterly check-ins. We certainly work to make sure all employees have what they need to enjoy a positive work/life balance. This starts with our Flexible Work Principles and continues into our constant benchmarking of benefit and compensation offerings to ensure we always remain competitive in the market. I'm unfamiliar with your experience with downsizing. Getty works hard to ensure there are no large layoffs or downsizing. This was especially important during the pandemic and we have maintained this ideology.
