      Pros

      Great insurance, wide variety of team members and customers. Excellent customer service learning experience. Store-level experience is for younger individuals.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities aren't as transparent as they seem. Ambitions can be stifled under the wrong leadership. Every level of management contradicts each other. Becoming a manager is more difficult internally than to be hired in directly from the outside. Long term employees have little control over how far they can go within the company. The split between "Union" and "Non-Union" stores makes it difficult to transfer or relocate to different leadership and many managers lead teams based on emotion and not the needs of the business.

      I like the busy pace of the job. I love my tile encompassing Customer Seevice.

      Cons

      I would love to be able to staff according to the needs of the business.

      Pros

      Flexibility, a week of vacation after working a year, 2 weeks of vacation after working 2 years. You don't have to work on your birthday. Weekly pay

      Cons

      pay, management is extremely inconsistent, benefits(none if you are part-time) No sick days. You are not allowed to take a vacation on certain weeks.
