Pros

-Easy job, simple tasks -Fast to learn - Pays pretty well - Gives you a good amount of hours

Cons

-Food safety is not taken seriously - Not very sanitary and not many precautions are taken in food departments, hand washing not enforced properly when employees are switching tasks. -Training is inconsistent, rules are overlooked, other employees do the job "their way", there is no set in stone list that is being followed. Very unorganized. -Lack of first aid -Rude, harassing employees that have been with the company 2 to 10 years treated as a priority, get away with questionable, unbalanced behavior. -Harrassment and threats not taken seriously - uncomfortable and anxiety ridden work environment due to poor management and employees allowed to say whatever they want and get away with having a terrible attitude
