Pros

If you work for the company for a while they'll be more flexible with you

Cons

Pros

Flexible schedule (sometimes), and at max 8 hours work. Payed extra on Sunday’s and holidays

Cons

Management will not schedule you within your availability. They will prioritize new hires over you even though you have seniority in the union. They will change the schedule mid week and not tell you, and on holidays, if you’re scheduled to stay for a set amount of hours, expect them to make you stay for 8 hours with no breaks. They also do not care about the union, and are not giving you all of the union benefits your paying for.
