No time off, No leave, Horrible pay compared to any other place of work for the same job, you get multiple promotions with more responsibilities but no extra pay, Most importantly since the company controls the Union( the ones who “fight” for you and your pay lol) Since you didn’t start working there 5 years ago you don’t get 15$ an hour you get 11.75$ For the same job, they will definitely lose hours on your paycheck, they watch you all day on cameras looking for a single thing to complain about, Management is like anywhere, Usually the Worst part. Absolutely One of the worst places to possibly work. Save your self and go literally anywhere else. Also they will do a bunch of photo ops and send a bunch of higher ups/reps to do photo shoots to make themselves look like they are the best, nicest company but it’s all a self funded, controlled ego boost/advertisement. You’ll also get treated the same as someone who sits in the bathroom all day and is on the phone 24/7 even if your never in the bathroom and never on your phone. And finally they will notify you less than 12 hours to your next shift that they’ve changed it and you gotta come in earlier, also will have you get off at 12am and come in at 8am the next morning, If you like getting treated poorly and like a meaningless grub this is the place for you!!!
Good example- they took away hazard pay during pandemic and what would have been an extra 800-1000$+ every 3 months was gone and replaced it with a taxed 200$ check every 4 months that ended up being 150$ Every 4 months and tried to make it seem like they were helping you out!, that’s the company you’ll be working for!
