      Used to be Great - Now they are OK or good

      Pros

      Union pension plan, Good equipment (Penske ), So few layovers you might as well say nonexistent. Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      $19 an hour to start and it takes EIGHT YEARS to get to full pay $24. You will most likely work every weekend and you might never see a Mon-Fri schedule. Management is very nit picky. Consequently morale or enthusiasm is not high.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the decorating part of the job the most along with the people and the associates I worked with. They do an excellent job of keeping up with training and updates for food handling, preventing work related injuries, hazardous conditions, etc.

      Cons

      The company used to be family oriented. They are like all other grocery food store chains. The focus is mostly on money and how to employ the least amount of people to maximize their profits.

      Great pay, good hours, great benefits and good food for occasions. Great electric pallet jacks Great exercise training for work

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism from the management and employees, Very High Expectation Weekly Quota to do at least 100% a week. After 8 hours your body is sore or injured from bending over and stretching which your body is never going to be the same.
