      Pros

      The job itself is actually pretty fun. There was room for creativity and I enjoyed being around my coworkers. They were more helpful to me than some of the upper management.

      Cons

      From the beginning I felt that information was intentionally being left out. I was told I would be working at two stores, sometimes others. I was under the impression that I would be working at these stores on different days of the week. Well, turns out that the company is incredibly cheap and instead of having two bakers in two separate stores on the same day working 8 hours each, they schedule one baker for two stores in a day (working four hours in each store). It is so stressful and expensive and I do not get paid nearly enough for it. I asked management about being paid travel but apparently the two stores I work at are too close together. Other employees have told me I'm being lied to. There is the chance that you might be needed in stores an hour away from you in emergencies. The bakery is all about quantity over quality, and cakes are expected to made in such a quick pace that I feel I can't put in my best work.
