Pros

They allowed to change your schedule if you needed time off, worked better if you were cool with the person doing the schedule People were fun to work and get along with

Cons

Pay sucked, everyone got paid differently for the same exact job and almost none were out of high school. Management would act like children and get sucked into the high school drama of their employees. They also played favorites and were very spiteful if you didnt do something they liked, or if they just didnt like you. No discount on anything, almost no perks in working either full, or part time

Pros

They used to pay quite well, but with the union contract expiring new hires don't make nearly as much. Several opportunites for advancement within the store.

Cons

Sometimes management was too corporate and didn't treat the masses of employees all that well.
