Pros

Employees are very friendly. Employee prescription benefits are decent. Flexible hours. Charitable organization, (relatively). Employees receive small discount on grocery (negligible).

Cons

Management does not take employees seriously. They procrastinate frequently and don't respond to employee questions in a timely manner. Responses are very inconsistent with company policies. Thus, there is a high turn-over ratio.
