Pros

Great technology that is truly disruptive

Cons

The sales territories are very saturated at this point and it seems the motion is to growth and headcount over seller’s commissions.

Pros

Family and friends day monthly. Learning and development $10,000 spend per year. Employee stock program. Discretionary bonus. Provided company laptop with 3 year refresh.

Cons

Cool handbook but no one actually lives by the values. Very cult-like and people try too hard to flex knowledge without being helpful. Async culture is used when convenient but tons of meetings throughout the workday which makes it hard to get any real work done. Lower pay than companies of equivalent size.
