Pros

My peers are some of the best in the business

Cons

CSuite leadership changes on the sales side have completely shattered any semblance of a functional sales org. No one knows what's going on because transparency has plummeted to zero. Anything that once made GitLab good is gone. Our docs are bad, our handbook is no longer true, there is no single source of truth. What hope I did have for DAP is gone due to CSuite decisions on how the rollout should proceed.
