Pros

- highly communicative during interview process- straight-forward and clear way of preparing - remote-first culture- allows you to structure your day around commitments - growth phase of company allows you to part-take in new initiatives and see them become something bigger

Cons

- onboarding is a lot of information all at once so can be overwhelming - still growing so role responsibilities and expectations change regularly

Good place to build your career. Chance to cut your teeth and learn a lot, not sure how well it bodes long term.

Cons

Constantly changing management. 4 managers in 1 year. Constant change at the C suite.

Pros

Good leadership. Great people. Fantastic oppportubity.

Cons

They’re struggle to level up this org. We continue to hear taking to next level. And I don’t believe they have the players they need for that.
