Pros

-Pay isn't bad -Benefits are good

Cons

-This is a very "clique" environment. The same you would see in high school. -Absolutely no room for growth. -Management picks and chooses what they want to hear, will only act on anything if they might get in trouble for it. -They also DO NOT promote from within. They will make no attempt to. -Lack of training for SAP system. They more or less just throw you in to it, you better be a quick learner or get lucky enough to have someone take some time out of their day to show you. -More "bosses" than "leaders" with the excuse of "we're family". They will delegate work they themselves are too lazy to do, or don't know how to do. (WAY more common than you'd expect)

Pros

- Benefits are great. - Its hard to find anything else, but only thing that comes up is that you have ample opportunities to learn since they are in remediation mode half of the time.

Cons

- Big cultural difference between HO and Monroe Plant and that makes it difficult for a smooth operation. - Management lacks knowledge, never learns from mistake, and always try to race against time. - Some of the recent management personnel ignore internal employees and hire people who speak their language. Hiring / Retention process is biased. EEOC should look into this. - They want you to sit in a 5 feet table where you need to fit 2 screens, files, laptop, keyboard, docking station, and of course you. You need to navigate your ways from wires and cables. some of the employees work in temporary locations and there are horrible sewage smells once a week.
