Glide has a great culture that encompasses 'work hard play hard'. Everyone is incredibly social and you get lots of opportunities to get involved in projects that you wouldn't get with many other companies.

Glide gives you the benefit of being able to work independently and rise to a high level within the company in a very short space of time. Glide listens to it's employees and uses these ideas to roll out changes throughout the company. The culture and the people at Glide mean that working here is really fun and enjoyable. The work can sometimes be challenging but employees are encouraged to really push themselves to work hard and to improve with the overarching need to make customers lives as easy and simple as possible.
