      Pros

      Glide has leaders who care. The office is a great environment to work in. The business is always looking to grow and develop in different ways. From day one new ideas and creativity are welcomed from all members of staff.

      Cons

      (external) you are away from the office buzz so you may miss out on activities or opportunities within head office. Coming from a developed and established business Glide are relatively young and that shows in the development structure. However, the correct moves have been made to address this and Glide is a great place to be right now. It's heading in the right direction if you want to grow yourself as well as your career.

      Pros

      The company/management look after you and it seems like they truly want to help all of their staff succeed.

      Cons

      It's a young business making its way in the industry, this requires being able to change and adapt. For some this might be a negative but any changes made are for the benefit of staff and customers.

      Pros

      Glide is a great company to work for - the people are lovely and there is a special office culture I haven't experienced anywhere else! Every day is different, and experiencing the team come together to overcome difficulties has really made me appreciate the people I have around me. Staff are always given the chance to voice their opinion and make change, meaning that I always feel valued.

      Cons

      There are still some inefficiencies that need to be overcome, as with all young businesses. This is improving year on year. Structure tends to be quite flat.
