      Pros

      Love the work environment - everyone is friendly and relaxed. Managers are always willing to help and every opinion is valued for growth and improvement. Makes going into work more enjoyable.

      Cons

      Glide is still a young company and there's no set path for career progression. I'm sure this will change as Glide grows

      Pros

      While working for Glide I've always felt my work is appreciated and recognised. There's a good atmosphere in the office and my manager is always on hand to support me.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel as if the office is divided by department (probably because there's so many people who work there!). Not everyone is aware of each other so it would be good to be more integrated.

      Pros

      Glide has leaders who care. The office is a great environment to work in. The business is always looking to grow and develop in different ways. From day one new ideas and creativity are welcomed from all members of staff.

      Cons

      (external) you are away from the office buzz so you may miss out on activities or opportunities within head office. Coming from a developed and established business Glide are relatively young and that shows in the development structure. However, the correct moves have been made to address this and Glide is a great place to be right now. It's heading in the right direction if you want to grow yourself as well as your career.
