      Pros

      At Glide you get a lot of responsibility early on - we learn from our mistakes and we always want to improve and be better day by day. Glide is the place where you can make your ideas known regardless of your job role - creativity is always encouraged. I have made some brilliant friends at Glide who are friends outside of work as well. The people are brilliant to work with - we encourage and help each other out. The atmosphere makes Glide such an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      The relaxed nature and structure at Glide can sometimes make it harder to look at the more "serious" aspects of working life - such as career progression.

      Pros

      At Glide it is not only a work place it is a friendly positive environment where great opportunities occur. Not like other work places progression is always encouraged and ideas are never considered to small to run with. I personally enjoy working here as I have made some great friends and really enjoy working in a team. I also like seeing the business develop, working here for over 2 years now I have watched the business develop both in sales and service. I have enjoyed helping with the progression of the business and being allowed to have the freedom to create my own ideas which will help towards the service we provide to our customers. Glide has enabled me to develop my personal strengths and progress within my role.
