Pros
Fun and energetic atmosphere. Opportunity to gain experience to expand your carrier. I have been with the company through just about every stage from starting up in a small office to expanding and have gained a lot of insight in the struggles of a start up company and experienced victory in overcoming them to help create a successful business. Helping employees and customers solve their logistics problems on a daily basis gives me a sense of purpose and a feeling of usefulness that is invaluable.
Cons
Some people do not enjoy the fast paced environment that comes with rapid changes. If you struggle to adjust quickly to change this may not be for you.
