      GlobalTranz fosters a competitive and high paced work environment. They strive to be an industry mainstay and pursue the highest of goals. Fun, young, and energetic, GlobalTranz continues to stay at the forefront of new technology. They have made the opportunity for advancement attainable to those willing to put in the hard work.

      Cons

      The location is across town from my house. At times things can be a bit disorganized, leading to some minor frustrations.

      Have to make a lot of cold calls and send out a ton of emails to be successful. Reaching out and following up is a majority of your day

      Requires a high level of maturity to stay focused and to be effective in an atmosphere with limited engagement by leadership. You are expected speak up when problems arise that you cannot handle yourself.
