Pros

Culture was one of the best. Taking care of each other was a cornerstone that was lived by through and through. I will miss working with the amazing people.

Cons

Unfortunately business fundamentals and sales did not shake out sufficiently. In startups, risks need to be taken and it did not pan out.

Emphasis on taking care of each other and being empathetic. Culture of support and well being. Challenging problems to solve under typical startup constraints. Able to work on several areas and flexible for special projects and experience.

Cons

Standard Startup challenges -- Cash Flow considerations, lack of standard ways of working or process development, quick pivots and need for self-driven actions. Could be considered a Pro depending on what you're looking for. Also not a place to "move up the ladder" since there is no real ladder, typically at most 2 layers to CEO/cofounder.
