Glowforge is a company with excellent engineering. I enjoyed that it is lightweight on processes and flexible on goals. I worked with many great people.

Cons

It was the best company I have ever worked for. I wanted to work more on machine learning but I understand that a small startup cannot always invest in things employees are interested in.
