Pros

The only pro is that you may be reading this prior to your decision to take an employment offer at this Politically Charged Arm Pit of a company with an over-saturated level of Self-Absorbed management personalities. I have never worked in such a dysfunctional and conniving management environment with no real care or with obliviousness to what is really happening on the Floor. People that are currently not part of the management team and actually do all the hard work over there are either too scared or too inexperienced to speak out. Some are just trying to get by, which is not a pleasant job experience you want to be in. Like with any bad company, there are always a few people that fill in the necessary Gate-Keeper positions. These are the only people that will speak well of this Toxic Working Environment. Sadly the employees experience and the client's end product is 2ndary to management’s control of power. If they can deliver a sub-standard product under the client's radar, which meets the management’s whims, it is a DONE DEAL! They say they care, but their actions reveal they don't! This is the company MOVIES ARE MADE OF. The Managers have seen fit to approve posts on here rebutting numerous honest comments from numerous employees from all walks of life. Any DECENT HR person should have caught that line that states "THEY ARE BETTER GONE", about past employees! That should be an indicator in of itself of the selfishness and obliviousness of the management and their pet gate-keepers, as ANY LOSS OF EMPLOYEE should never be viewed as a positive from an EMPLOYER!!! Even with a bad employee, its a loss and the company is not better by it. They can only be better for creating employment offers that mutually work for both. If seeing the numbers is believing, then you are Forewarned! LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Cons

The management of this company is riding on Mr. Glumac's good name and the efforts of good employees they did not promote or FIRED from back when they were a better company. They continue to ride the company into the ground, placing inexperienced people in the driver's seat with minimal or NO Mentorship at all, and it’s starting to catch up with them. They willfully do this to take advantage of people, and they don't apologize or hold themselves accountable for their actions, regardless of how much personal injury and emotional damage they cause their employees. This is evident in their feeble attempt to post a rebuttal to all the hard working and good intentioned Ex-Employees that spoke out for the TRUTH, tried to make a difference and do the right thing. If your one of those that believe in doing things right, DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE HERE! All they want are Naive, Good Natured people that are easy to control. All environments we work in are a reflection of the top down. It’s clear to me why my experience and the experiences of so many others have been so terrible. A credible source cited that, the current president engaged in questionable actions in their rise to the role of president, by essentially issuing Mr. Glumac an ultimatum that he is made president instead of Mr. Glumacs 1st preference as his successor, or else he will take many employees loyal to him to a new company. I cannot substantiate that, but I would argue that it is consistent with his actions while I was an employee, based on his neglect of the employee complaints of management misbehavior, and a willingness to cross the lines of ethical behavior. My first experience with this type of behavior and lack of care for employees was when he asked us to pull down our pants on the Street of LA while company photos were being taken. He pulled down his pants to expose 1/4 of his buttocks, and turned his head commanding us to do it also. He did this to try to get the employee to smile while taking their photo. A few did as he asked. I did not. It was peer pressure and borderline sexual harassment. Another example of the unethical management practices, the floor managers created a controversial environment by going behind the other manager’s back and demanding that an employee did certain tasks against the will of the other managers. The other managers would find out and reach out to a higher management level and insist disciplinary action to be taken against the employee, as it was against what he/she wanted. The employee explained this, but it fell on deaf ears. Instead the employee was forced to sign a paper that said he/she would comply with mandated actions, and verbally it was suggested that he/she could be fired if he/she did anything without his/her expressed consent. You can imagine how stressful this was to come into work for these self-absorbed, silver spooned and Narcissistic leaders. Most of these managers are still there. There are so many more true stories about this company and their lack of leadership, as they continue to pander to their "Alleged" credibility as a good company, which they are in fact destroying. It’s NOT THE Ex-Employees that are coming forward and speaking the truth that is creating a problem. After reviewing the COMPLETELY false review praising management, I could no longer sit back and do nothing. Based on the facts and evidence brought forward by many other employees, they hurt many people, and it’s apparent they will continue to hurt many more. They have no remorse or no intention to change their ways because it’s apart of their culture, from the President down to the Gate-Keepers. They will continue to operate under the fog of lies their current management has created, unless people take seriously the shameful evidence and facts brought forward by those willing to speak up! I am surprised how long they have behaved like this and gotten away with it. It is truly shameful!!!

Pros

To encourage health living, management provides free yogurt and fruit - all you can eat. Peanut-free cereal is provided for those with allergies. (You must bring your own milk though.) Cupcakes once a month to celebrate birthdays Free gift card at Christmas

Cons

Myopic top management team can only view the staff through their own narcissistic world view. Out of touch with the family lives and life situations of worker bees. This was at one time a warm family-run business with caring, supportive and encouraging management, but this has been recently usurped by heavy-handed, passive aggressive corporate management from above. The top dog says "make it so" and his minions carry out the dirty-work to gain favor and kudos from above. Company was at one time run by engineers, but now is dominated and directed by accounting. Profit and stock value are the bottom line. PM's are routinely harassed when jobs are going over budget. Weekly staff meetings are filled with gloom and doom of overhead costs, cash flow forecasts, complaints of late payments from clients, and cautions of "what it takes to keep the doors open." PM's are being turned into collection agents. The result is an exodus of talent in epic proportions. Competing engineering firms are reaping the fruitful rewards of these management blunders as engineers flee before now-routine lay offs, or before their jobs are outsourced to the China office. If working for a company that has lost 40% of its prime engineering staff is attractive to you, now is the time to get your resume in. They are hiring.

Pros

Some good team members and some good clients. But really I am struggling to fill up this 20 word min - honestly there are little to no positive things about this company

Cons

High school type environment with gossip and cliques Suck ups get promoted, not the qualified Different benefits are offered to different people - such as working from home or working in different offices Lack of training and mentoring Roles lack direction and clarity on responsibility Little to no respect for non-engineering staff There always seems to be problems with projects - embarrassing to work for a company like this Worst management ever, they are involved in the above issues.
