great colleagues, great clients, nice new offices

Cons

top heavy, sweat shop mentality, "if you are a professional you shall put in gobs of unpaid overtime and maybe we will give you a bonus someday" gets old, for a long time the staff has been overworked and as new projects appear it is disheartening that the staffing up will not take place, people are walking... this is no longer the great company that Mr. Dick Glumac founded, too bad
