Pros

1. Deal/ interact with different people across multiple industries 2. Able to interact/ drive vehicles

Cons

1. No one in management cares about employees physical and mental state. 2. Management will gaslight you on a daily basis to emotionally abuse you to cope with their own insecurities. 3. You feel like there is no work life balance due to the natural of the job. 4. The culture of this company used to be good but turned terrible now. I mean like into the terrible side due to HR standards shoved down your throat just to make your work life miserable with extra hoops of work that accomplish absolutely nothing. 5. Any outstanding team members' credit are taken from the management team on a daily basis 6. You spend half of your time correcting your management team and team's mistakes so mediocre people will thrive here. If you like to accomplish anything and or be efficient when you work stay away from this company. They will waste your precious time. Save your sanity. 7. Management will judge you place you where you're suppose to be at based on ethnicity alone people can argue this.

Pros

Exposure to high-end clientele. Opportunity to drive interesting vehicles. You will quickly learn what poor leadership and culture look like. Exposure to what not to replicate in management or operations.

Cons

Working at Go Rentals was easily the worst professional experience I’ve had. What appears externally as a luxury, concierge-level brand is, internally, a company struggling with leadership, culture, and direction. This feels like the shell of what may have once been a strong company. Since the leadership transition, there has been a noticeable decline in both operations and morale. Revenue has dropped significantly, and even long-standing partners have begun exploring alternative rental providers. The core issue is leadership. There is a consistent lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic leadership capability. I regularly observed leadership gossiping about team members, creating division instead of cohesion. Communication from management was often demeaning rather than constructive, and in many cases leadership appeared absent or disengaged entirely. Upper management feels out of touch with day-to-day operations, while simultaneously making unreasonable demands without providing the tools or support to meet them. There is little understanding of their own systems and processes, which leads to self-created issues that are then blamed on frontline staff. Compensation is extremely poor for the level of expectation, and when this was raised, it was met with resistance rather than any genuine effort to improve conditions. The culture is, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve experienced in my career. I’ve seen multiple instances that raised serious concerns about professionalism and employee treatment, including situations where management decisions were later walked back without accountability. I’ve also heard of entire teams at other locations walking out due to poor leadership. There were also ongoing concerns around workplace standards and safety that did not appear to be taken seriously. Overall, in nearly a decade of working, I have never seen a company decline this quickly due to leadership. I would strongly advise anyone considering a role here to look elsewhere.

Pros

Cheap employee rentals and commission

Cons

This company purposely understaffed at every location that they have so they don’t have to have that many people on payroll. You will spend sometimes time all day driving delivering cars annd cleaning and picking up cars to different hotels or locations 1 to 2 or even three hours away. You can’t use your PTO until you commit your life to this company for a year which is beyond insane considering that life happens there’s lots of favoritism and you’re doing majority of the work building the CEOs dream. This job can get so exhausting. You may be scheduled 9 to 5 but you may not get off till 730 or eight. There’s lots of micromanaging which can literally drive you insane and lots of passive aggressiveness. These people literally will say verbally it’s profit over people. They don’t really care about you if I could give this company zero stars I would. A lot of people this company don’t have an identity outside of their management role, which is why this whole job becomes who they are and they can get very nasty. for a company that makes millions of dollars every year and has almost A list celebrities as their clientele the amount of commission you give your employees is poor and greedy .. 0.0035%
