Pros

Great benefits, Go pays for a phone line, and two weeks' vacation.

Cons

The worst part of Go is managers are not fair and don’t support their employees when they need assistance. One manager has a special relationship with an employee and gives the employee what they want and need. A manager takes an employee on special lunches when another employee is left behind at the desk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Go Rentals. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the benefits offered, including our paid vacation and phone reimbursement program. We are, however, truly sorry to hear that you felt unsupported and experienced perceived favoritism during your time with us. At Go Rentals, we are committed to fostering a fair and respectful work environment where all team members feel valued and supported. Concerns regarding equity and professionalism in management are taken seriously, and your feedback will be shared with the appropriate leadership to ensure we continue to uphold the standards we set for our team. We also welcome direct conversations and encourage current and former employees to reach out to Human Resources if they believe a situation warrants further review. Your input helps us improve, and we appreciate your honesty. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

You meet a lot of great people, from FBO employees, to co workers, pilots, flight attendants. By far my favorite part of working at Go Rentals was making friends, and getting to serve the same faces time & time again.

Cons

Management just does not care about hourly employees. Simply said. The way management talks and treats hourly employees is atrocious. It may be isolated to the location I worked at. Upper management simply does not care about anything that doesn't have to do with having more money in their pockets unfortunately. They will talk to you, tell you they care about you, then turn around and slight you, take money out of your pocket, etc. This company was recently acquired by Red Bird Capital, and got a contract with Signature Aviation. You would think this would benefit everyone, wrong. Significant lay offs, hours cut, commission structure obliterated, and bonuses eliminated for hourly employees in place of a $3/hour raise (see hours cut). Additionally, the company does not match 401k, and also went from fully covering your health care, to only covering half, this takes $50-$63 from every paycheck, combine this with every other pay cut implemented.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are grateful to hear that you enjoyed working with the incredible individuals in the aviation and FBO communities and that building meaningful relationships was a highlight during your time with Go Rentals. We are proud of the strong connections we foster both within our team and with the partners and guests we serve. We regret, however, that your experience with management did not align with the values we strive to uphold as a company. The concerns you’ve raised about communication, treatment of hourly employees, and the recent changes to our compensation and benefits structure are taken very seriously. While we recognize that operational changes have been challenging, these decisions were made with the company's long-term sustainability in mind. That being said, it is never our intention to make any team member feel undervalued or unheard. We are committed to supporting our employees and ensuring that they are treated with the respect and care they deserve. We are constantly evaluating how we can better communicate and provide opportunities for growth and success for all team members, including our hourly employees who play a critical role in our success. We appreciate your candid advice regarding management practices and will use your input to continue refining our approach. Thank you again for your time at Go Rentals, and for sharing your perspective.
