Pros

The CEO is very involved in the company and really creates a drive in the employees to work hard and deliver high levels of service. Good pay in successful locations. Fun job and cool atmosphere depending on which location you work at.

Cons

Low pay in slow locations. Very high goals that can be completely out of reach. Some of the highest paid managers managing locations have no idea what they are doing and continue to stay in those positions when they shouldn't.

I love the people I work with! And the Company is growing , so there’s opportunity for growth for employees. Great environment and private aviation is pretty nice .
