Pros

Good hours of operations, Good clientele, good benefits, good industry, good coworkers, low wear and tear for the vehicles, Guest return the car in fairly clean

Cons

Unsafe, hostile work environment created by management , very uncomfortable, low pay commission structure, very small work space, management is very bipolar, they diminish the employees. Every person that get a job end up quitting because of it, turn over es ridiculously high and the corporate don't care or they just look the other way.

Pros

Go Rentals makes it a point to adapt a culture that is inclusive and treat EVERYONE with a 5-star mentality! Go Rentals prides itself to make any experience with its organization a positively memorable one. Further the top executives make you feel like family and you are valued to be a part of such a great company. I have nothing negative to say about this organization and over my years of working for other companies, there is nothing like Go Rentals that I have ever experienced.

Cons

No Cons that I can report.

Pros

Great company that really treats you like a FAMILY! Wonderful opportunity to grow and terrific benefits. Ability to move up quickly and move to assist in opening new locations. Go Rentals has such a small niche of clients that we are able to do it better than anyone else. With a position in sales, I am excited and welcome the opportunity to spread the word of Go Rentals and how we are changing the way people think about renting a car. We are able to provide an experience for our guests and this is something you will learn and treasure in your career!

Cons

Not really a con but lots to learn about the exciting world of aviation.

Pros

Go Rentals offers a unique and fun work environment. For potential team members who would enjoy driving our luxury vehicles and work in hospitality for the private jet industry or with guests staying at the most luxurious resorts, this may be a great time to apply. Go Rentals is experiencing nationwide growth and is actively hiring. Go has a history of providing a successful career through promotions for many team members. Go also offers great benefits and perks!

Cons

Most of our positions work in the field at the private jet side of airports and not commercial side of airports, so you must like to work indoors at our counter located at the FBOs or out on the field. For those that like variety in their day, working at indoors and also outdoors when delivering or picking up a vehicle, may see it as a positive!

Pros

Pay and benefits but it doesn't make working here worth it

Cons

No management, coworkers, understaffed, breaks if you are lucky, being used as a driver when that was not what I was hired for, too much pressure to deliver cars on time, delivery times are not realistic, especially with the lack of personnel. The incompetence of the people scheduling the deliveries - finding out you are at the wrong address when you try and deliver a vehicle. Waiting for someone to pick you up after delivering a vehicle.
