Go1 has a lot of amazing people who are working hard to shift the business towards a new vision which will be significantly more competitive and is inspiring to be a part of. Past years of Go1 have felt like the product strategy slowed or stalled, but the energy has begun to rebound as we’ve re-envisioned the product direction. It’s exciting to be part of. The people are genuinely kind, the in-person get togethers (GoGether) are fun and well planned, the culture has improved a lot in the last year!

Cons

Go1 is evolving quickly (feels like a lot of change) because the market is evolving quickly. It can feel overwhelming at times, but better to be moving fast and changing directions vs staying static!

Pros

The people: A+. Collective brain power, solving complex problems while keeping up with the ever-changing climate. Resilience and grit are innate superpowers of those who thrive here. Laughter, genuine friendships, cheering for others, cross-functional collaboration, and leaving your ego at the door are where the magic happens. The product: Becoming best in class. The purpose: Who can say anything negative about learning and growing your skills? Pro tip for anyone looking at Go1 for their next career move: you need a high degree of accountability, the ability to connect the dots quickly (and autonomously), to move fast, and an insatiable curiosity to figure things out and, more importantly, make them better.

Cons

We are not immune to the challenges and hardships many companies are facing now with AI. Change is inevitable, and business decisions have to happen to keep things moving forward.
