I like the industries who I sell to. The product sells itself with the ease of use.

Cons

Frequent (2-3x/yr) changes make it challenging to feel stable with job security. A lot of pressure on sales to perform but slow times in the spring and summer make it hard to even hit 80% of goal. The company is reactive to pivot in a positive direction to hit goals and things take time to make possible. Company advertises growth but it reduced headcount by 20% at beginning of 2023

Hardly any AEs are hitting quota. The new logo department is suffering, it’s a simple product that companies can develop on their own. Because of the low sales volume, pay is very low. Recently laid off a large portion of their employees. Constant turnover in management so no direction. Training is bad. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, the majority of AEs are fired or quit within 6-9 months
