We agree, streamlining processes in the customer-facing teams and increasing coaching should be a priority. That is why last month we launched a new team within our customer-facing department tasked with reviewing and tweaking our processes. We also worked with our sales leadership to change their schedules to allow them to be on the floor coaching 80% of the time.
