The values of Canvas have been designed to empower the employees to think and act like owners. In action, this means a flat org. structure and transparency across the company, helping people to quickly identify what needs to be fixed and get together with other team members to make it happen. This way of working tends to attract talented and smart people to the business. Canvas is co-located in a thriving tech hub that creates a fresh and exciting place to work.

Pros

Canvas has an extremely unique culture even though it is now an established organization it still carries that startup flexibility with pride. Everyone is always so positive and the freedom we get really encourages us to do our best.

Cons

Really can't complain about much. You obviously have to work hard but thats the same at any organization that strives to be successful.

Everything you do makes a difference. Unlimited PTO. Freedom to explore new ideas. Access to all depaetments. Competitive salary. Awesome workspace(free food and drinks). Company is growing ad opportunities to work on different things.

Cons

Some work/life cons depending on your department. Tasked with a lot at times.
