7yThank you for the feedback. To bring clarity to our Wow evaluation in comparison to customer satisfaction scores (CSS), the difference is the outcome we know versus a perceived experience. What we review with our wow criteria is the long-term outcome of the interaction. For example, a customer that feels like they got great service will typically respond with a favorable score (CSS), but if we monitor the call and know that the customer will have to call back in to get their issue resolved, the Wow score is low. It's the long term experience of our customers that really matters when we consider quality versus an in-the-moment response.
