      Great team of people but lacks a solid internal structure

      Pros

      Wonderful atmosphere to work. High paced law firm with excellent attorneys and staff. Very big emphasis on teamwork. Genuinely good people and have learnt a lot from every single member I have had the good fortune to interact with.

      Cons

      Poor pay structure. Little to no bonuses with bad benefits. The firm has expanded at an exponential rate but has forgotten to solidify its internal working structure. A lot of mismanagement and miscommunication.

      This company is the best company I have ever worked for! I have been in legal since 1988 and Goldberg Segalla truly cares about their employees and works with each and everyone to make this company a better place. They are full of integrity and compassion!

      I think the health benefits could be better.
