      Pros

      Good benefits and a busy work environment that makes the days fly by. The office workers there are friendly and willing to help teach you how to perform different aspects of the job.

      Cons

      Middle management is engaged in a constant power struggle. I was hired being told that I could develop a process and that my opinion would be valued and instead my ideas were taken as criticism and threats. Middle management is EXTREMELY under qualified and unwilling to take practical advice from the people with the hands on experience. Processes are constantly changing with no sense of direction and employee turnover is extremely high.

      Casual Dress and some nice attorneys

      Cons

      Awful corporate office...often rude, unprofessional and appear to be uninterested in supporting the attorneys or the attorneys' assistants. They put in place an extreme amount of forms/processes to make their job easier with no consideration to the work at hand. When they visit the office, they don't even say hello. Constant IT problems/headaches, no operations in place to support a law firm, such as mailings, filing system, etc. All of this meant irritation day-after-day, and when there is not a culture of politeness and professionalism, it becomes impossible to stay, if you respect yourself.

      Pros

      Fast growing company that creates quite a bit of opportunity for anyone who works there. Is a great place for anyone looking for growth.

      Cons

      The hire from within but this can restrict the amount of knowledge they bring into the company. Mostly in upper management. Molding your employees is great but you still need to make sure you are bringing in necessary expertise.
