Pros

Coming into this company I sat through a few webinars for training. On every single one, the most common question was how do we buy. To hear that gives such a sense of satisfaction and stability. You know you are working with a quality product and team. I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas in the past and I can honestly say, he is one of the most generous, honest, and caring CEO's I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The passion that is displayed may put some off but in reality, you want nothing less then that passion pushing the company you are working for forward. Up is the only place I can see this company going. Exciting times.

A Software Company that Understands People

Pros

Great products - top notch technology that's easy to sell and closes quickly. Great team - cooperation between sales team members, and sales with other departments in the organization. Great place to learn - advanced sales training and guidance by executives to help close deals successfully. This is helpful for both people new to the role, and experienced sales people who need to adjust to this specific product and market.

Cons

Location (Conshohocken) is hard to get to, traffic on 76 is always bad. Not much around it for lunches or after work gatherings - but the local bar is good with great food.

Thanks for the review. We've just moved our corporate HQ to downtown Philadelphia, so there are a lot more options for commuting and dining -- we're right above Suburban Station.

Pros

There aren't any good reasons to work here! All of the positive reviews are written by the CEO.

Cons

This place is a complete joke and the average tenure of an employee is about 3 months. The company won't be around for long. A lot of promises are made, but they simply don't have the capital to pay their employees. You work for little money and there is no additional earnings to be made here. EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW is written by the CEO! Do not buy into this nonsense! The company and it's products are horrible!
