Pros

Goliath is a once in a life time place. It is a work hard, play hard type of place where the team work is real and the opportunities are plenty. You will learn a lot and be able to drive your own path. This is not a cookie cutter place - your future is up to you.

Cons

If your looking for an environment that is low energy, place you can hide then this company is not for you.

Pros

Goliath is a company that requires people with a strong work ethic. There are long hours and the demands are high, but you will learn a lot about perseverance and knowing how to max out your time and talents. If you can work here, you can work anywhere. My current employer knows that due to a great reference from the CEO.

Cons

I wish there were more options for lunch. Wawa will fix that.

Pros

There are ample opportunities to learn at Goliath. Be prepared to spend additional time getting up to speed with your training materials and how things are done - if not, you will not last long. Working here requires employees to be very self motivated and meticulous. Hard work will be noticed and rewarded.

Cons

Work can be tedious if you do not develop a strong interest in the technology. Hours will be long as quarters come to a close.
