Strong Products, Weak Management

Pros

Really strong products, literally unique in solving IT problems no one else can.

Cons

Smaller company than advertised. Benefits The owner/CEO has success in righting and initially building companies, but the way he manages/treats people is not a sustainable model for long term employee retention or scaling the company.

I am a tech person at heart and they have great products. Really great products.

none that I have experienced while working there for 3 years before I had to relocate

Terrible Company and Management!

Pros

There aren't any pros, other than leaving the company - best thing I've ever done.

Cons

I am warning/alerting anyone considering a job here - please read all of the negative reviews and take them seriously - do not accept a job here - you will regret it! Notice all of the positive reviews which are written by the CEO...they all reiterate long hours - there is no benefit to the long hours and no money to be made here. Everything you hear during the interview and while you're there for the first couple of weeks is a lie! There are so many unethical things that took place there, there are too many to list.

Thanks for the feedback. We value and consider all feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. The leadership team may send emails after hours or on weekends because we're working hard to make the company successful. However, our employees are not required to do the same unless there is a specific project deadline or emergency as in any job.
