Pros

Great people, philanthropic vision. Decent company to launch from but not to nest in.

Cons

Over worked and drastically underpaid. Social Service programs run by Goodwill are under renewal of Government contracts constantly leading to very little job security regardless of performance. Contracts are generally renewed based upon city and state politics (and kickbacks therein, or course).

Pros

Working outside and inside office. The people are wonderful to work with. Also the fact your Helping others.

Cons

Some of the cons is when your caseload increases due to shortage of staff. Always having folders audit ready while maintaining visits and clients morale.
