Pros

The clients that I worked with as a job coach were really sweet and caring. They made the job a lot of fun. I learned a lot about individual disabilities. It gave me great experience to get a good job. They hired me because I lived in the area of my clients, so I was able to drive close to my house which was convenient.

Cons

The pay was low. I found out that I couldn’t use their health insurance at my doctor‘s office, so I was actually paying for health insurance that I couldn’t use. I immediately had to start looking for a new job. The leads that I worked with we’re uneducated. I was surprised that they didn’t require some sort of an education as I have a college degree.
