Pros

Helping the community gain access to computers, resources, etc. Some co -workers in different departments are amazing to work with

Cons

The toxicity of this place is suffocating. Leadership is untrustworthy, unprofessional and micromanagers. Unethical practices are ignored by management ] and policies only apply to the people they choose. The ability to work remote is only given to the management favorites. Safety is a huge issue as this place is between two homeless shelters (Greensboro location)and allows anyone to walk in. EXETREMELY low pay for all the work that is expected as well as a unsupportive team. The employees that break their backs to help the community are unrecognized, unappreciated, and unheard. This is why CDS have a high turnover.
