Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, good people and you help the community. I love what goodwill stood for, "helping the community and those that might be a bit less fortunate. there is a mission.

Cons

no weekends off, executive staff have no real knowledge on how to operate a retail business. 45+ hours a week, salary no overtime. under appreciated as management.

Pros

SOME hardworking co-workers. Some great supportive customers. No other pros.

Cons

Never enough staff because of treatment from upper management and corporate. You will be expected to do the work of at least two people. Same amount of work required even if only 2 employees per shift(manager and 1 staff member). Horrible pay and demeaning raises.
